He is survived by: his wife Donna Dalene Davis (Garner); his children, Misty Lamb (Tim) of Altamont, Lacey LeAnne Davis of Oswego, Kansas and Alan Davis (Scout) of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his siblings, Mike Davis of Columbus, Jim Row of Scammon, Kansas, Sandye Davis of Columbus and Teresa Scholz of Lillian, Alabama; his grandchildren, Delaney Davis of Joplin, Jade Davis of St. Louis Missouri, Emery Davis (Austin) of Altamont, Sage Davis of Kansas City, Brady Wilson of Oswego, Zoey Davis of Lawrence, Jesse and Penelope Davis; and his great grandchildren, Adelyn Payne, Violet Wilson, Emersyn Payne and Hudson Payne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Russell Cemetery (E580 Road Oaks).
