He is survived by: his children, Michael John Hay and Karen Lynn Russell (Randy) of Colcord, OK.; his grandchildren, Krista Joelle Saldana (Josh) of Welling, OK, Elisha Denee Arnold of Colcord, OK, Corbin Jay Arnold of Siloam Springs, AR and John Leroy Hay of Colcord, OK.; his great grandchildren, Lilly Nicole Saldana and Brantley Jase Saldana; and his sister-in-law Willa Faye Mason.
