John Paul Odle Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Paul Odle (Siloam Springs, Arkansas), who passed away on November 30, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Odle and Leona Burgess Odle; and his siblings, Patricia Duncan Scroggins, Clarence Odle, Irvin Lee Odle, Tommy Gene Odle, W. M. Odle and Jackie Wayne Odle.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Odle of Owasso, OK; his daughters, Paula Kurth (Nelson) of Claremore, OK and Janette Fowler (Kyle) of Spiro, OK; his siblings, Jane Ann Judkins of Fort Smith, AR and J. P. Odle (Betty Jo) of Kansas, OK; and his grandchildren, Kendall Hanning (Aaron), Tyler Kurth (Karlee), Chad Backward, Cale Backward (Jamie), Taylon Payne (Travis) and Trevon Fowler. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many cherished nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wasson Funeral Home (441 US-412, Siloam Springs, AR 72761). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kansas Event Center. A burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at the Kansas Cemetery (520 Delaware St, Kansas, OK 74347).
