He is survived by: his wife Reva Chenoweth; his daughters, Brenda Harris (Tony) of Springfield, MO and Kathy Smith of Bentonville, AR; his brother Jack Chenoweth (Linda) of Lincoln, AR; his grandchildren, Hunter Smith (Kali) and Morgan Helmer (Danny); and his great grandchildren, Hudson Smith, Hadley Smith, Holden Smith, Beau Henry Smith, Maddox Helmer, Mason Helmer and Maier Helmer.
