He is survived by: his wife Karen Kelly of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his children, Cheryl Aranda (Hector) of Siloam Springs, Janet Kelly of Yuma, Arizona and Jeffery Kelly of Bentonville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Lindsey Crosier, Mason Hayes, Sean Hayes, Mitchell Ham, Ross Aranda and Rachelle Lamm Angela Rusk; his great grandchild Raylee Aranda; and his siblings, Lawrence Dwain Kelly, Paul Steven Kelly and Melinda Jane Reed.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Wasson Funeral Home (441 US-412, Siloam Springs, AR 72761). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
