He is survived by: his wife Na Anna Balang of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and his children, Anna Balang of Siloam Springs, Maria Balang of Jacksonville, Theresa Balang of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Paul Balang of Fresno and Joseph Balang of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
