He was predeceased by: his father Terry Dean; Richard Clark. He is survived by: his mother Sherri Clark (Small) of Tahlequah; his brothers, TJ Dean (Kimberly) of Tahlequah and Donald Dean (Samantha); his fiancé SueAnne George; and his children, Gypsy River Clark and Rayvin Tanner George-Clark. He is also survived by five nieces; one nephew; and lots of friends.
