He is survived by: his mother Sharon Pruitt; his father-in-law James of Gentry; his wife Susan Blair of Siloam Springs; his sons, Larry Blair Jr. (Keisha) of Chewy, Oklahoma, Kyle Blair (Amber) of Siloam Springs and Ryan Blair (Kirsten) of Siloam Springs; his brother Jim Blair (Brenda) of Siloam Springs; his sisters-in-law, Catherine Bailey, Janet Oliver (Donnie) and Patti Proctor (Jon); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Blair, Scarlett Olson Blair, Jackson Blair, Fox Blair and William Blair. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at 1407 N Carl St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761.
