She is survived by: her children, Ricky Lay, Harley Lay, Heaven Lay and Mercedes Lay; her grandchildren, Noah, Isabella Bray, Kiowa, Kasen Sparks, Amelia Petty, Keatyn and Maleah Jade Lay (MJ); and her siblings, Jeff Lewis, Jessica Lee and Kenneth Lewis.
