He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Alfonso Lowe and Delphia T. Snodgrass; his wife Rema Maude Rankin; his children, Patrick David and Melanie Dawn; and his siblings, Leon Lowe and Carol Faye.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Beard (Fred) of Knob Noster; his brothers, Wyette Stephen Lowe of Owasso and Jody Layne Lowe of Weslaco, Texas; and his daughter Kathryn Overcash (Dennis) of Mineral, Virginia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren.
