He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Ann Burgess Bentley; his parents, Alfred S. Bentley and Violet Viola Nelson Bentley; his sons, Larry Ross and Melvin Eugene Bentley; and his siblings, George Bentley, Bill Bentley, Orvil Bentley, Alfred Bentley, Charlie Bentley, Nancy Ragan, Ruby Crabtree and Elizabeth Bentley.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Michael Bentley (Gypsy) of Kansas, OK; his brother Wesley Beachamp (Pam) of Colcord, OK; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Bentley of Van Buren, AR. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
