He is survived by: his significant other Sandy Butler; his children, Kenith, Misty, Jaylyn, Karen and Ricky; and his stepdaughters, Amber and Brandy. He is also survived by 43 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
