It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Ruble of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Carrie; his wife Anne Horton; his son Stephen; his daughter-in-law Lori; and his granddaughters, Ella and Olivia.
