He is survived by: his wife Orene; his children, Keith Fish (Tina) of Siloam Springs, AR, Tammie Murray (Gregg) of Cincinnati, AR, Jimmy Fish (Roslyn) of Des Allemands, LA, David Blankenship (Gail) of Colcord, OK, Earnest Blankenship (Anita) of Gentry, AR and Earl Blankenship (Molly) of Sapulpa, OK; and also Brad Greathouse.
