He is survived by: his wife Teresa Perryman of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his children, Amanda Cox of Missouri and Kyle Perryman of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Emily Perryman of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Jaden Hensley of Missouri, Jayson Perryman of Siloam Springs, Robert Blewett of Siloam Springs and Johnathan Perryman of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Emeryson Hensley of Missouri and Oakley Perryman of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and his siblings, Glenda Ford of Oklahoma, Betty Poarch of Oklahoma, Debbie Robinson of Oklahoma, Bill Perryman of Alabama and Dave Perryman of Missouri.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wasson Funeral Home (441 US-412, Siloam Springs, AR 72761).
