He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Oscar, Demoya Treece, William and Luella Kirk; and his aunt Christy Kuntz.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Treece of Siloam Springs; his daughter Maddison Spikes (Brian); his grandchild Harper of Oklahoma; his daughter Mallorie Kim (MJ); his grandsons, Samuel and Lucas of Missouri; his daughter Michaela Kumpe (Matthew); his granddaughter Louella of Springdale, Arkansas.; his parents, Ben Treece and Jaimie Treece of Salina, Kansas; and his sister Danette Fritz (Clark). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Kind at Heart Ministries in Dave's memory.
