He is survived by: his father Deronie Cheater of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; his children, Layla, Shayanna, Aceton, Adayson and Braylen Leaf; the mother of his children Cassie Blair of Eucha, Oklahoma; his siblings, Autumn Backwater (Ben) of Kenwood, Oklahoma, Nathan Cheater of Kenwood and Rian Leaf of Kenwood, Oklahoma; his grandparents, Edna Cheater of Sallisaw, Oklahoma and Leroy Leaf of Salina, Oklahoma; and his great-grandparent Lorene Budder of Kenwood, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
