She is survived by: her daughter Brooklyn David of Siloam Springs, AR; her boyfriend Adam Resendez of Gentry, AR; her parents, Sharon Wolfe of Decatur, AR and Roger Childers of Siloam Springs, AR; her stepfather Rudy Wolfe of Oaks, OK; her sisters, Cindy Chapman of Siloam Springs, AR, Christie Childers of Decatur, AR and Debra Hammontree (Max) of Farmington, AR; her brother-in-law Chris Coutsougeras of Noel, MO; her nieces and nephews, Candace Anderson (Shane) of Siloam Springs, AR, Cameron Lewallen (Austin) of Centerton, AR, Corey Chapman of Fayetteville, AR and Cody Chapman of Siloam Springs, AR; her great-nephew Calvin of Siloam Springs, AR; her great-niece Ella of Centerton, AR; and her pet Oliver. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins; Lifelong friends.
