He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber Holmes and Norma Simmons Holmes; and his brother Leland Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Holmes; his children, Brian Holmes of Siloam Springs and Tiffany Sutherland of Rogers; and his stepchildren, Elvan Allen of Fayetteville, Jason Allen of Siloam Springs, Kathryn Allen of Van Buren and Jessica Alsip of Neosho, MO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
