He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Vernon Duncan and Opal Duncan (Dougherty); his children, Carol Jean Duncan and Timothy Ray Duncan; and his sister JoAnn Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Duncan; and his children, Sam Duncan (Ashley) of Gravette, AR, Tommy Duncan (Julie) of Gulfport, MS and Robin Roulier (Neil) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mosely Regular United Baptist Church. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 2909 Cheri Whitlock Dr, Siloam Springs, AR 72761. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (700 S Government Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
