She was predeceased by: her father Orville Thomas Johnston; her husband Scotty Cook; her mother Oleta Maxine Williams Johnston (Williams); her granddaughter Kaylynn Marie Cook; and her brother Dennis Ray Johnston.
She is survived by: her daughters, Alicia Lynn Stanley (Dustin) of Fayetteville and Wendy Rene Cox (Robert) of Westmoreland, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Sandra Paige Simonian of Gainesville, Samantha Rene Williamson (Derek) of Westville, Oklahoma and Dustin Jay Watts of Westville, Oklahoma; and her brothers, Kelly Eugene Johnston (Verna) of Clovis, Kenty Johnston (Betty) of Rogers and Teddy Ray Johnston (Sherry) of Fresno, California. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
