He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Newman and Louise Newman. He is survived by : his wife Nowita Newman; his children, Arron Newman (Katrina) and Ryan Newman (Stacey); his grandchildren, Madalynn Newman, Dalton Newman, Collin Newman, Eli Newman, Robert Eubanks (Lillian), Natalie Eubanks (Mong) and Lacie Eubanks; his great grandchildren, Nathan and Atlas; and his siblings, Lavelle Chronister, David Newman (Kay), Randy Newman (Kathy), Sandra Smithson (Roger) and Perry Newman (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations in Willie's name may be made Circle of Life Hospice at 901 Jones Road Springdale, AR 72762.
