She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Qualls and Jerline Qualls (Shaw); her great-nephew Etlee Wade Qualls; and her aunt Nancy Qualls (Shaw). She is survived by: her nephew Derick Sellier; her cousin Friend; her children, Tameria Nolen (Larry) and Bubba James (Jenny); her siblings, Retha Curtis (Dan) and Melvin Qualls (Pam); her grandchildren, Cody, Lane Nolen, Adyson, Jayce and Rylee James; her niece Jenna Dougherty (Kenneth); her nephews, Matthew Lawrence (Sadeidre), Jason Qualls (Kaitlyn) and Mikey Sellier; and her close friend Bruce Gray. She is also survived by cousins and other family and friends.
Susan was a little bored being retired, but found a new challenge as the COVID Nurse for the Mount Ida School District.
