She is survived by: her husband George Smith of Smackover; her children, Jamie Holloway (Cindy Taylor) of Smackover, Crystal Smith of Tulsa, OK, Kim Ward (Jeremy) of Smackover and Sam Miller (Mark) of Smackover; her grandchildren, Caydee, Rikki, Madison, Isabella, Kate, Eva, Ana and Beau; her sister Debra Boyd (Damon) of Gibsland, LA; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Strain of Smackover and Yolanda Marks of Norphlet; her nieces and nephews, Kamile, Kasey, Lucy, Matt and Nick; and her pet Peewee.
