He is survived by: his wife Janet Chenoweth of Smackover; his children, Mitchell Chenoweth (Kallie) of Louann and Lea West (Chad) of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Ema Chenoweth, Archer Chenoweth, Grayson West, Georgia West and Levi West; and his nieces, Jerilynn Champagne and Jenann Pearson.
