The memory of Kendra Jo Sloan of Smithville, Arkansas, who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 64, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her father Billy Jo Morgan; and her siblings, Danny, Ranny Morgan and Cynda Gramling. She is survived by: her mother Leona "Durene" Morgan (Smith) of Lynn; her husband Michael Alan Sloan; her children, Pasha Davis of Lynn, Cody Robins, Nathan Sloan (Vicky) of Florence Mississippi and Trever Sloan of Mountain Home; her brother Tim Morgan (Rebecca) of Powhatan; her cousin Lisa Fulbright; her grandchildren, Marissa Murphy, Eli Murphy, Kourtney Robins and Sarah Sloan; and her great grandchild Haylan Murphy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church (2720 AR-117, Black Rock, AR 72415). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Justin Sloan Durham Scholarship Fund in 4610 Hwy 115, Smithville, Arkansas, 72466 and the American Cancer Society.
