He is survived by: his wife May Mae; his children, Berry Mauldin (Karen) of San Antonio, TX and Cindy Garner (Brian) of Fayetteville; his sisters, Linda Russell (Scott) of De Queen, AR and Lisa Campell of Tontitown, AR; his grandchildren, Crysti, Chad, Brian, Daniel, Maeleigh, Brooks and William; and his sister-in-law Barbara Mayfield. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Occidental Masonic Lodge.
