He is survived by: his wife Linda Burnett; his children, Brian Burnett (Kristy) of Siloam Springs, AR, John Mark Burnett (Michelle) of Fayetteville, AR and Joy Burnett Irvin (Christopher) of Springdale, AR; and his grandchildren, Landon, Braden, Casen, Aiden, Ella Kate, Luke, Davis, Tyson and Shelby.
