He is survived by: his parents, Billy Joe Williams Sr. of Owasso, OK and Carla Williams (Ophelia) of Springdale, AR; his wife Ronda Williams (Huggins); his children, Dakota Williams, Katie Elizabeth Williams and Carlee Jo Williams; his brother Mark Williams; and his grandchild Frankie Jean.
