He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Ball; his brother Dwane Ball; and his pets, Eddy and Dexter. He is survived by: his mother Naomi Sue Ball of Springdale; his wife Amanda; and his children, Jacob and Tommie. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Chuck would like you to donate to the Humane Society of the Ozarks or your local animal shelter, as his favorite animal was a rescue dog.
