He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Couch and Pearl Couch (Bolen); his wife Pearl Marie Couch; his sisters, Martha Ann Couch-Shay and Caroline Sue Couch-Craft; and his sons, Tim Couch and Keenan Couch.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Robinson (Russell) of Lowell and Jeff Couch (Ruth Ann) of Moore, Oklahoma; his daughter-in-law Dorothy Couch of Pensacola; his brothers, James Couch of Sherwood and Philip Couch of Batesville, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Chris Couch, Chase Couch (Virginia), David Couch (Devin), Matthew Couch (Mary Ann), Alex Couch (Heidi), Thomas Couch (Catherine), Charles Robinson and Emily Robinson (James Leadingham).
