He was predeceased by: his parents, D. E. Rush and Leona Rush (Kelly); his wife Pat Rush; and his siblings, Ruby Howard, Roy Dale Rush, Charlie Rush and Tommy Rush.
He is survived by: his sister Linda Bolin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
