He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Dean Watts (Bertram); and his brother Don Watts. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Watts of Springdale, Suzanne Martin (Jeff) of Fort Smith and Chuck Watts (Susan) of Gilbert, Arizona. He is also survived by five grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
