She is survived by: her children, Adam House, Tamiko of Olathe, Kansas, Beth Fabian of Wylie, Texas, Julie Brown of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jennifer House, Tim Vandever of Fayetteville, Jacob D House and Natoshia of Elkins, Arkansas; her brother Sanford VanSlyke of Neosho, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Dylinn, Austin, Mason, Evan, Harley, Greta, Willow, Laura, Isaac, Isabell and Adellae. She is also survived by three step-children.
