She is survived by: her brother Jim Smith of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her nieces and nephews, Melody Bowen Miller of Springdale, Tina Hankins of Saint Paul, Melody Smith Harding of Oklahoma City, Valerie Fritsch of Owasso, Anne-Mychelle Smith of Gosport, Darren and Daniel David Smith of Waynesville, Ohio.; her kitty Jennifer; and her daughter Doris.
