She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Hegwood and Katie Kellum Hegwood; and her siblings, Jimmie Hegwood and Peggy Palmertree. She is survived by: her son Rick Dobbs; and her granddaughters, Deanna, Tonya, Rachel and Heather. She is also survived by six great-granddaughters; and one great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel (1621 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
