She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Phillips and Dovie Phillips (Bartlett); and her siblings, Alpha Phillips (Dean), Ollie Phillips (Wanda), Erbie Savanah Parkhill (Joe), Agnes Mathis (Charles), Ines Arnold (Ray), Pauline VerHeyen (Theordore), Dottie Maloney (Shorty) and Martha Phillips.

She is survived by: her husband Joe Johnson; her children, Steve Johnson (Kim) of Siloam Springs and Lisa Young (Tracy) of Houston, Texas; her grandsons, Sam Johnson (Melanie) and Josh Johnson (Amber); her great grandchildren, Asher Johnson, Annika Johnson, Jackson Johnson and Thatcher Johnson; and her sisters, Betty Martz (John) and Virginia King (Chris). She is also survived by other family members and friends.
