He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hale and Essie Hale; his grandparents, James H. "Bud" Hale, Abbie Lee Strain Hale, Fred Garfield Baird and Mertie Lou Barker Baird; his siblings, Larry Hale and Sharon Harvey; and his daughter Brandi Dalon Hale Stemple.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Martin Hale; his children, Toby Hale (Kari) of Bentonville, Arkansas and Darbi Clark (Drew) of Colcord, Oklahoma; his son-in-law Dan Stemple of Springdale, Arkansas.; his siblings, Keith, Mike Hale and Karen Bean; and his grandsons, Blayne, Bayler Stemple, Dylan, Dax Hale, Tyler and Drake Clark.
