He is survived by: his wife Naomi Ruth McCurter Crisp; his children, Terry Crisp (Mary Ellen) of New Bern and Kellie Cantu (Junior) of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremy, Phillip, Celia and Jade.
