He is survived by: his mother Debra Moore Dubois (Jim) of Port Charlotte, Florida; his grandmother Dolores Moore of Port Charlotte, Florida; his wife Jennifer; his children, Mackenzie Nicole and Aidan Ian; his mother-in-law Kay Martinez; and his aunts and uncles, Josie Katchsman (Rudy) of Port Charlotte, Teresa Dady of Groveland, Denise Conner (Jack), Wiley Moore of Titusville, Stephen Dubois (Pat), Robert Dubois and Paul Dubois (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
