She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Harvey, Reba Hillenburg, Henry and Vivian Carter. She is survived by: her parents, Sally Ann Hillenburg Carter of Perryville, AR and Trent Carter; her brother Patrick Carter (Angela) of Bryant, AR; Akeem Washington, A. J. of Springdale, AR and Logan Washington of Springdale, AR. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (1900-1998 E Front St, Lonoke, AR 72086).
