He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Patrick; his wife Linda Sue Burba; his father Billy Joe Burba; and his stepfather Harold Terry. He is survived by: his daughters, Shonia Burba of Springdale, Bettie Jo Gray of Bentonville and Crystal Burba of Washington County; his stepchildren, Shawna O'Bryan and David Bailey of Springdale; his brother Bill Burba of Lowell; and his pet Corky. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; best friend.
