He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Bzoski and Ruth Hager Bzoski. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughter Kari Gomez (Antonio); his grandchildren, Roman and Ivey Gomez; his son Patrick; and his siblings, Jim Bzoski, Jeff Bzoski, Jane Bzoski and Joylyn Seagraves.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelson-Berna Funeral Home (4520 N Crossover Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72764).
