He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Gilbert Kelly and Mary Frances Payne Kelly; his wife Judy Garrett; and his brother Joseph Charles Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Kelly of Fayetteville and Martine Williams of Springdale, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Meaghan Williams of Collinsville, Spencer Williams (Ashley) of Whitsett and Madeline Porter (Jack Ryan) of Springdale; his great grandchildren, Evie Drumm, Gavin Williams, Nate Williams, Ben Williams and Sam Williams; and his siblings, Paul Steven Kelly and Melinda Jane Reed.
