She was predeceased by: her husband James Moore; and her children, Mike Moore, Lynn Moore and Jan Moore. She is survived by: her children, Gail Baldwin (Charles), Phil Moore (Peggi) and Mary Ellen Slape of Tulsa, OK.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family is grateful for the exceptional care she received from Circle of Life Hospice and donations can be made in her name.
