She is survived by: her husband Bernard Charles Lewis of Springdale, Arkansas; her children, Christopher Lee Carter, Brandi Ann Dickard, Bernard Charles Lewis II and Brittany Marie Lewis; and her siblings, Roy, Carl Wayne, Mary and Karen. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
