She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Worley and Lutie Worley (Dunn); and her siblings, Frank, Fred, Floyd, Billy, Marie Clark, Thelma Pinkley, Charlene Ming, Opal Littrell, Pauline Worley, Joetta Littrell and Della Cathey.
She is survived by: her children, Rex (Nancy) of Berryville, Arkansas, Leverl (Rhonda) of Welch, Oklahoma, Rebecca Hamilton (Marty) of Winslow, Arkansas and Homer of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; and her husband Perry Johnson. She is also survived by other relatives, friends.
