She is survived by: her husband DeWayne Allen McDade; her children, Danielle Nicole Baker of Norman, OK, Peyton Neeley Bishop of Hot Springs, AR and Jacob Wayne McDade of Rogers, AR; her stepson Josh Hilyard (Shannon) of Bryant, AR; her brothers, Wade Neeley (Dottie) of West Monroe, LA. and Stan Neeley (Lisa) of West Monroe, LA.; her grandchildren, Chelsea Simmons Jones of Ohio, Nicole Dotson (Matt) of Kentucky, Adria Triston McNees of Benton, AR and Aaron Baker of Oklahoma City, OK; and her stepgrandchildren, Michael, Sawyer, Rhett Hilyard and Claire Chowning of Bryant, AR.
