It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma J. Radloff in Springdale, Arkansas, who passed away on September 8, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Harless and Carrie Harless (Holman); her siblings, Bill, Duane, Merlin Harless, Letha and Joyce Harless; her daughter Cindy Scott; and her son-in-law Leonard Parker.
She is survived by: her former husband James Radloff; her children, Vicki Woodard (Lyle), Janice Parker, Sandy Rife, William Radloff and Gary Radloff (Jannie); and her son-in-law Randy Scott. She is also survived by 47 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 1 niece and 1 nephew.
