He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Allen and Lenore Hicken Allen; his siblings, Benny Allen, Renalda Herbert and Linda Hild; and his granddaughter Brittney Allen.

He is survived by: his children, Samuel Allen, Matthew Allen of Elkins, Arkansas and Sarah Bottomsand (Dab) of Elkins, Arkansas; his siblings, Leon Allen of Springdale, Arkansas, Connie Marshal (Mike) of Oklahoma and Kathleen Ginotti (Carl) of Connecticut; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Meghan, Josh (Ellora), Timothy, Nicholas and Tristan; and his great grandchild Willow. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
